Onur Air is a low-cost airline in Turkey based at Istanbul Atatürk Airport. The airline was founded in 1992. Onur Air is the first Turkish low-cost airline to commence domestic operations. Currently, Onur Air operates a fleet of 23 Airbus family aircrafts. Onur Air is flying to more than 12 international destinations and 14 major domestic destinations.

Onur Air Flight Booking – Travel Classes

Onur Air booking is available for the below travel classes and the seating changes according to the aircraft. Onur Air operates fleet of Airbus aircrafts including A330, A321 and A320.

Seating on A330 aircraft: It features business class and economy class seating. Each seat in business class is 21 inches wide and comes with feature of reclining of up to 159 degrees. Economy class seating feature 17 to 18 width and 6.5-inch recline.

Seating on A331 aircraft: The business class seats are 20 inches wide while the economy seats measure from 17.2 to 17.8 inches wide.

Seating on A320 aircraft: The business class seats are 17 to 21 inches wide, and the economy class seats are 17 to 17.8 inches wide.

Onur Air Online Check In

Save your precious time and avoid long standings in the queues at the airport with Onur Air online check in.

International flights and flight to/from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus: The online check in for Onur Air flights open 24 hours and closes 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure.

Domestic flights: Online check in closes 2 hours before the scheduled flight.

Onur Air Airport Check In

Passengers who completed their online check in, have no baggage to deliver at the counter should present at the boarding gates at least 30 minutes before the flight departure for domestic flights, and 45 minutes the flight departure for international flights and flights to/from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Passengers who have to drop their baggage at counter are required to be present at the airport 60 minutes before the flight departure time for domestic flights; while 90 minutes before for the international flights and flights to/from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Baggage Allowance for Onur Air

Checked baggage

Domestic flights:  15 Kg

International flights: 30 Kg

Passenger who wants to carry excess baggage can purchase additional baggage by paying a nominal cost. Infants are entitled to carry a baggage of 10 kg.

Hand baggage

Passengers on both domestic and international flights can carry hand baggage of 7 kg. The cabin bag should not exceed dimensions of 9 inches x 45 inches x 22 inches.  

In-Flight Food & Drinks – Onur Air

Onur Air broadened its food and beverages menu to enhance the in-flight dining experience for its passengers. Onur Air offers complementary cakes, crackers, fruit juice, tea, coffee, and water. Also, the airline serves hot meals, hot and cold soft drinks, spirit drinks, sandwiches, and other aperitifs onboard. Additionally, passengers can cater the food from its Cafeteria Onair Menu at affordable fares. Passengers can place the order for meals at least 36 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
