AirAsia Booking Classes

AirAsia booking is available for three different travel classes:

Hot Seats - Book seats on row 1, 12 & 14 (A320 Aircraft) and enjoy extra legroom.

Standard seats - The standards seats have stylish leather seats.

Premium Flatbed - Passengers can book AirAsia premium flatbed seats to indulge in complete comfort and stretch out completely. The premium flatbed seats have a universal power socket, a personalized reading light, and a foldaway table for convenience. Adjustable head and foot rests also makes journey comfortable.

AirAsia Online Check In

AirAsia online check in is available for a seamless flying experience and also the traveler can print their own boarding pass.

AirAsia online check in is available 14 days up to 4 hours before scheduled time of departure for both domestic and international flights. Passengers can manage the AirAsia online booking by changing their meals, change flight and seat, upsize checked baggage and much more. Online check in is not available for:

• Pregnant guests

• Guest(s) travelling with infant(s)

• Guest(s) with reduced mobility and those with special needs

• Guest(s) aged below 16 years old and travelling alone

• Guest(s) with a medical condition/illnesses

• Group bookings

AirAsia Airport Check In

Passengers can also check in at the airport. The airport check in time varies for domestic and international flights;
Domestic AirAsia flights - The airport check in opens 2 hours before flight departure and closes 45 minutes / 1 hour before departure.
International AirAsia flights - The airport check in opens 3 hours before flight departure and closes 1 hour before departure.

AirAsia flight status update can be obtained if you have a confirmed AirAsia booking. Keep the below information handy to know your flight status updates:

AirAsia Baggage Allowance

AirAsia baggage allowance allows carrying weigh less than 32kg for all travel classes. Each checked in luggage must not exceed dimensions of 81cm (H) x 119cm (W) x 119 cm (D). Passengers can buy excess baggage allowance by paying a nominal amount.

Passengers are allowed to carry one piece of cabin baggage or laptop bag or a handbag on-board. The dimensions should not exceed 56cm x 36cm x 23cm and does not weigh more than 7kg.

Air Asia Food & Beverages

AirAsia has different food and beverage menu for every flight. Asian, international and vegetarian fares are available to please every traveler. Passengers can choose from hot or cold, spicy or zesty, and also can customize the food.

AirAsia flights that are less than 75mins duration will only serve snacks.
