Fortunately, countries are once again open to international visitors, typically, with fewer entry requirements for those who are fully vaccinated. But there’s still a lot to consider before booking a trip, especially as the Delta variant continues to spread. 

With those considerations in mind, we’ve rounded up some of the destinations that are currently open and welcoming vaccinated visitors with no quarantine requirement.

MALDIVES

Entry restrictions	There aren’t any restrictions for travelers to enter, but they must have to confirm the booking at a registered hotel/hotel facility and full visa requirements.  Vaccines approved: Pfizer, Sputnik V, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, Covishield, BBIBO-CorV
Quarantine regulations	Tourists who do not show any COVID-19 symptoms will not be quarantined upon arrival. International arrivals, except tourists, are required to quarantine for 14 days.
Tourist attractions	Many attractions and excursions have resumed. Cafes, parks, and cinemas are open for vaccinated people, and they are subjected to safety and health measures.
COVID-19 test	All travelers including fully vaccinated individuals must have a negative pre-travel PCR test done. They must present a negative result of a PCR test taken no more than 96 hours before departure.

 

UKRAINE

Entry restrictions	No restrictions for any travelers to enter the country. Vaccines Approved: Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Covishield, CoronaVac
Quarantine regulations	Fully vaccinated travelers need not be quarantined. Self-isolation for 10 days will be required for unvaccinated travelers who test positive for COVID-19 in their post-arrival test
Tourist attractions	All regions are classified under four color-coded zones: green, yellow, orange, or red. Parks, cinemas, and cafes are allowed to operate at half occupancy in the yellow & orange zones.
COVID-19 test	Foreign travelers and temporary residents must have either a vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test result / negative rapid test result. Unvaccinated travelers will need to take another COVID-19 test.

 

JORDAN

Entry restrictions	No restrictions for any travelers to enter, but passengers must register on the Visit Jordan portal before traveling. Non-Jordanians must obtain health insurance. Vaccines Approved: Pfizer, Sputnik V, Oxford/AstraZeneca, BBIBP-CorV
Quarantine rehulations	It is mandatory for all travelers to do pre-travel and on-arrival PCR tests and thus, quarantine is no longer required.
Tourist attractions	Restaurants, parks, cinemas, and public markets have reopened and are allowed to operate on all days of the week.
COVID-19 test	Travelers must provide a negative result of a PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before departure. The passengers will undergo another test upon arrival.

 

GREECE

Tourist attractions	All tourist attractions are open with health and safety guidelines in place. Restaurants and archaeological sites are open. Unvaccinated individuals need a negative COVID-19 test result to avail public facilities, including shops, cafes, and banks. Fully vaccinated individuals can present their vaccination certificates.
COVID-19 test	Travelers must have taken a PCR test / rapid antigen test and to be presented a negative result. They can also present a certificate proving they have been fully vaccinated or a certificate that proves recovery from COVID-19.

 

SEYCHELLES

Quarantine regulations	Travelers need not be quarantined regardless of their vaccination status.

NEPAL

Entry restrictions	There aren’t any restrictions for entering Nepal, and the requirements differ according to the vaccination status of passengers.  Vaccines Approved: Covishield, Sputnik V, Covaxin, BBIBP-CorV, CoronaVac
Quarantine regulations	No quarantine is required for fully vaccinated tourists, while unvaccinated individuals should be in quarantine for 10 days at a government-approved hotel.
Tourist attractions	Special lockdown rules are in place in Kathmandu Valley, whereby restrictions can be imposed in some areas based on the COVID-19 situation. Public transportation operates within limited hours, and many attractions such as hotels and parks have reopened.
COVID-19 test	Pre-travel COVID-19 test to be done and a negative report of the same to be presented while arriving, regardless of their vaccination status. Fully vaccinated individuals must provide proof of receiving full vaccine doses at least 14 days prior to entry.

COVID-19 test	A PCR test is to be done and a negative result of the same is to be presented upon arrival, regardless of vaccination status.
