It includes 4 and 5 star hotels, 14 food cafeterias and restaurants, first class and business class lounges, and duty free shopping zone.

Concourse B – This is directly connected to terminal 3 which is dedicated to Emirates alone. It operates on a multi-level arrival and departure structure with gates from B1-B32. It has 5 boarding lounges along with the Emirates first and business class lounges and a Marhaba lounge. At the transit it facilitates the passengers with 62 transfer desks. Facilities include a duty-free shopping centre, food courts including 18 restaurants, health club, 3 hotels along with 4 and 5 star hotels.

Executive Flight Terminal – It is also called the Al Majalis VIP Pavilio which is exclusively used for Dubai Royal Air Wing. It facilitates with immigration and customs section, Dubai duty free shops, well equipped business and conference centre, eight luxury private lounges and a limousine service.
