Online check-in option along with printing the boarding pass for RAK Airways could be availed 24 hours prior departure. For those passengers checking in at the airline counter at the airport, they needed to report 2 hours before departure of international flights and 1 hour before departure of domestic flights. Passengers are instructed to carry their passport along with all travel related documents.
Baggage limit for passengers travelling with RAK Airways was 30 kg for checked in bag and 7 kg for hand luggage. An additional 10 kg of baggage was permitted for premium members of the airlines.
Included in the price of each RAK Airways flight ticket a full hot meal and beverages on-board serving to all destinations.
RAK Airways served as the national airlines of Ras Al Khaimah until 2009 and relaunched operations in 2010 after a short hiatus, only to discontinue them again from January 2014.
