Azerbaijan Airlines booking is available for four different travel classes:

VIP club - VIP club cabins feature fully - flat beds for extra comfort with in-seat power supply.

Comfort club - More personal space for work and relax. The seats have extra leg room and with wide-angle recline.

Business class - Spacious leg room with wide angle recline.

Economy class - The seats in economy class are ergonomically designed and come with adjustable headrest and recline for extra comfort.

Azerbaijan Airlines Check In

Azerbaijan Airlines online check in is open from 20 hours and up to 40 minutes before departure. Passengers with infant (less than 2 years) on lap cannot proceed with Azerbaijan Airlines online check in.

Azerbaijan Airlines Airport Check In

Check in for Azerbaijan Airlines flights begins 20 hours prior to departure at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport; at  other airports, the check in opens 2 hours before departure and closes 40 minutes before departure.

At the Milan Malpensa Airport and Tbilisi airport: The airport check-in opens 3 hours before the flight and closes prior to  60 minutes before the flight.

At the Tel-Aviv Ben Gurion and at Dubay International airport: The airport check in  opens 3 hours before the flight and closes 60 minutes before the flight.

At the Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport check-in opens 3 hours before the flight and closes 60 minutes before the flight.

The passengers should be at the boarding gate 20 minutes before your flight to avoid missing your flight.

Azerbaijan Airlines Baggage Allowance

Azerbaijan Airlines baggage allowance is best among its class for all seats.

Free Baggage

VIP club - The travelers are allowed to carry 3 pieces of free baggage on board. The sum of three dimensions of baggage (H х W х L) must not exceed 158cm and each bag should not exceed 32 Kg.

Business class & comfort club - The Azerbaijan Airlines allows the passengers to carry 2 pieces of free baggage on board. The sum of three dimensions of baggage (H х W х L) must not exceed 158cm and each piece should not exceed 32 Kg.

Economy class - Passengers are permitted to carry 1 piece of free baggage on board. Each piece should not exceed 23Kg. The sum of three dimensions of baggage (H х W х L) must not exceed 158cm.

Hand baggage

• Additionally, to the free baggage allowance passengers are entitled to the free carriage of hand baggage in aircraft cabin.

• VIP club passengers are allowed to carry 3 pieces of hand baggage and each piece, each piece should not weigh more than 8 kgs.

• The passengers in comfort club and business class are entitled to carry 2 pieces of hand baggage and each piece should not weigh more than 8 kgs.

• Economy class passengers are allowed to carry 1 piece of hand baggage and each piece should not weigh more than 10 kgs.

• The total dimensions some of one piece of hand baggage must not exceed 110cm (55х35х20cm).

Note: The hand baggage may also include: hand-bags, brief case, portable computer, photographic camera or video camera.

Azerbaijan Airlines Food & Drinks

Passengers are served with very hot and cold meals including Hot Breakfast, sandwiches, Baked Goods, baby meal, vegetarian food, Ethnic Meals and Dietary meal. Passengers can pre-order special meals which includes raw meat, seafood meal, Fresh Seasonal Fruit, Minced and Soft Food during flight ticket booking or at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of your flight.

Note: On flights of Azerbaijan Airlines all kinds of special meals are provided free of charge.
